The function of running the organization is an attribute of each of us and of everybody.
The running committee is the connection between the human factor and the action ways.
The organization is run by the Director Committee, made of president, vicepresident responsible for organizational development issues, vicepresident responsible for external issues and a member from the beneficiaries.
The responsibilities of the executive power go to the Executive Director. The efficiency of leadership is based on a sincere attitude, on a variety of opinions, on talents and the enthusiasm of the whole team and members in order to prevent stagnation and isolation.

A team of courageous people, always oriented to professional improvement, willing to dedicate with their whole being, to be a great example of human being.
The leadership of the organization has created a strategy of human resources which offer the possibility of attracting and maintaining people with high skills, of encouraging a culture that promotes learning.
The identified needs, the activities realized according to types of beneficiaries have led to a basis personnel – administrator, teacher, cook, supervisor, to the co-workers – social assistant, general practitioner, psychologist, jurist, sociologist, as well as attracting volunteers from the young and the adults. The whole personnel is part of an invention, creativity and ingenuity process, with and for the beneficiaries of the organization, and indirectly for the well being of the local community.

There operation system is strategic planning, a large process of improvement of our image and the organization’s mission. The operation system is based on an Internal Proceedings Manual, in which there are specified the working techniques, methods and instruments, for every group of beneficiaries (children, young, adults and old). The results are dimensioned according to the organizational evaluation and professional self-evaluation items. The open communication, the permanent dialogue between the organization and the direct and indirect beneficiaries ensures obtaining quantitative and qualitative results.
